I only play by ear.  I can’t read music, and I know very little about music theory.   Does this affect my guitar lessons?

Absolutely not.   In fact, many of the greatest players in the world can’t read music and know little about music theory.  All students have different learning styles.  Our job is to create a lesson package that suits your needs and goals.

Do we offer group lessons?

Yes! We offer group lessons. For more information on group lessons and rates, check out our prices/packages page.

Do I need my own guitar for lessons?

Yes. It is important that you have your own guitar for your lessons.  It is equally important that you have a guitar to practice on!

When is the right time for my child to start guitar lessons?

This really depends on the individual. Normally, a child at the school age (Grade 1 and up) is more than ready to start guitar lessons. However, everyone is different and develops at different rates. If you are unsure about whether or not your child is ready to start guitar lessons, please contact us directly or stop by and consult with one of our instructors. We are more than happy to help.
