Policies​

Our policy regarding cancelling lessons is as follows:​

If you need to change your lesson time for a particular week, notice can be given at any time until 12:00pm​ of the day prior to the lesson.  For example, if your regular lesson time is on Wednesday, you must give notice not later than 12:00pm Tuesday that you cannot make the regular time. If your lesson is on Monday you have until 12:00pm Sunday, etc.

When such notice is given, every effort will be made on our part to arrange a mutually convenient "make up" lesson time for that week.​

Failure to meet the deadline, no matter what the reason (this includes illness), will forfeit your lesson and the lesson will not be made up.  In other words, you pay for the lesson whether or not you are present.​

In the event your teacher needs to cancel your lesson, it will, of course, be made up to you automatically.​

Important​

You may change or cancel not more than two lessons​ in a six-lesson cycle.  A third missed lesson will not be made up, regardless of the amount of notice given.

Snow Storms​

Lesson ​cancellation is at ​​​​​​​the discretion of the teacher. If the teacher does indeed cancel lessons due to a severe storm, you will be contacted as soon as possible and lessons will be rescheduled. Please do not call to find out if your lesson has been cancelled. If you have not been notified, you can assume that your lesson is still on and you are expected to be in attendance.  In the event you cancel due to poor weather conditions the lesson will not be made up.
